Challenge yourself and your children to get active!
With our last challenge of the year, we are asking our students to be PHYSICALLY ACTIVE for at least 60 minutes for five out of nine days between May 9th and 17th.
Doctors recommend that kids and adults get at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Physical activity helps build and maintain healthy bones and muscles, reduces risk of obesity, and improves attention and academic performance.
Have your child fill out their Grizzly Wellness Challenge form and turn it into their teacher by the end of Tuesday, May 17th. to be entered into the prize drawing. There will be a student winner in each grade as well as a class prize for the classroom with the highest participation. One teacher or staff member will win too.
