Greenwood Elementary School’s Registration is next week, Thursday, August 16th, from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. Please see the directions below and attend registration according to the following time slots:

We ask that you follow these times to ensure registration day goes smoothly and to avoid long lines.
Registration Forms
Please click here for the school-specific forms needed by Greenwood. You can print these forms and complete them by hand or you can type in your information, then print and sign them. Please complete one set of these forms per family for one or more children attending Greenwood Elementary and bring them with you to registration. These forms are mandatory and must be completed and turned in before your child(ren) can attend school. Note that the first two pages of Form 1 are school procedures which you will keep at home for reference.
In addition to the forms, please bring your checkbook to registration (checks can be made to Greenwood PTCO). The following items can be ordered and paid for at registration:

Cherry Creek School District Forms
The remaining forms you need to complete for the Cherry Creek School District are available online. These forms include emergency contact cards, medical history forms, child demographic forms, and policy acceptance forms. You will need to complete all of these forms online for each child attending Greenwood Elementary in order to attend the first day of school. However, you do NOT need to print these forms and bring them with you to registration.
You will find registration and login information at http://my.cherrycreekschools.org. If this is your first time visiting the site, click on “New to Parent Forms? Click here to register”, then follow the directions as prompted. You will need at least one Student ID number for at least one of your children. You can find this information on your child’s report card from last year, or on your admissions documentation. Please see this document from the district for more specific instructions. If you are unable to find your child’s ID number, please contact district admissions or call the school’s main office at 720-554-3400.
**Please Note: Be sure to select “Yes” to the question “Would you like your contact information (parent name, student name, home phone, email) to be forwarded to your school’s PTO group(s) for all students in this household?” This is so that your child’s information may be shared with Greenwood Elementary.**
Parents can return to these web-based forms at any time through the year to update information that may change (i.e. cell phone numbers, medical updates, etc.). Average time to complete the forms is approximately five minutes per child.
